We are hiring for Proposal Engineer position.
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation)
Experience: · Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in proposal execution or project engineering
Technical Skills:
.· Engage with Sales team
· Lead Diamond Model stake holders team throughout the proposal execution
· Contribute developing execution strategies
· Receive customer enquiries, interpret specifications and understand customer challenges
· Work with Operations organization, Engineering centres, Third party suppliers and get proposal strategies reviewed
· Manage to create competitive best cost proposals
· Participate in pre and post sales customer meetings, tender clarification meetings, technical presentations
· Follow PMO Proposal work flow, guidelines, procedures and deliverable templates
· Able to prepare vendor RFQ and quote evaluation
Metrology budgetary proposals
Firm proposals for Measurement solutions
· Familiar with various meter sizing tools
· Familiar with Supply Chain and Procurement Tools
